Master Mariner, maritime dispute practitioner and offshore energy executive with more than 35 years of international experience across marine operations, maritime law, arbitration and risk management.
Valerio De Rossi combines command experience at sea, executive leadership of international offshore drilling fleets, and formal legal training in maritime law. His expertise includes maritime and offshore energy disputes, marine casualty investigations, marine insurance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
He holds an LL.M. in Maritime Law with Distinction, a Doctorate in Professional Studies, and an MSc in Marine Operations. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Supporting Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).
