Available for Appointment as Sole Arbitrator under the LMAA Small Claims Procedure
Dr Valerio De Rossi is available to accept appointments as sole arbitrator under the London Maritime Arbitrators Association Small Claims Procedure and as a member of an arbitral tribunal in other maritime disputes where his technical, commercial and legal experience may assist the parties.
A Master Mariner with more than 35 years of international experience, he combines extensive practical knowledge of offshore and maritime operations with advanced legal qualifications in maritime law and international arbitration.
His experience encompasses senior executive leadership, marine governance, offshore drilling operations, casualty response, marine insurance claims, contractual risk allocation and regulatory compliance.
Based in London, he is available for appointments in English-law and international maritime disputes, subject to conflicts and availability.
