Dr Valerio De Rossi is available to accept appointments as Sole Arbitrator under the London Maritime Arbitrators Association Small Claims Procedure (SCP), as well as other maritime dispute resolution appointments where his technical, commercial and legal expertise may assist the parties.

A Master Mariner with more than 35 years of international experience, he combines extensive practical knowledge of offshore and maritime operations with advanced legal qualifications in maritime law and international arbitration.

His experience encompasses senior executive leadership, marine governance, offshore drilling operations, casualty response, insurance claims, contractual risk allocation, and regulatory compliance.

Based in London, he is available for appointments involving English law or international maritime disputes.
